Kayla Harvey

Kayla is a photographer, painter, storyteller and student at Herron School of Art and Design. She is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Photography with concentrations in illustration, art history and conceptual art. 

Kayla enjoys artistic processes involving experimentation with various mediums including thermochromic pigments, non-traditional substraits, and time-based art works. She is an avid videographer, reader, and science and history podcast listener. 

At the Harrison Center, Kayla focuses on editing videos and organizing content. She has really enjoyed getting to know the Greatriarchs and learning more about their personal histories and the history that created the neighborhoods.  

In her free time, Kayla stays active with roller skating, paddle boarding, and taking care of her two beloved Goldendoodle dogs, Louis and Babs.
