Storytelling Drawing Sessions
Everyone has a story to tell, even if they don't know it. Storytelling Drawing Sessions give artists a chance to engage in the stories of long-term residents of Indianapolis. As community members tell their stories, artists are invited to listen, converse, and create.
This show presents a sampling of the portraits created during these sessions. These sessions are free to the public and held weekly on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 7:00 in City Gallery.
Harrison Center Artists Cierra Johnson is facilitating this series for 2023. Email info@harrisoncenter.org for more information, and sign up here if you would like to get attend.
