Meet Alice Schwank

My name is Alice Schwank. I’m a sophomore in high school, and my mom homeschools me. I enjoy making art, playing with my cats, and creative writing. When I'm older, I want to be a professional artist, focusing on acrylic painting and mixed media.

I'm interested in and excited about my internship at the Harrison Center because I love making art and meeting fellow artists. I like seeing and trying to figure out how they make their art, asking them about their process in making their art, and seeing the scale of different kinds of art throughout the building. I'm also excited to meet new people, artists, and members of the community and see what it's like to work among different artists.
