Meet Leo Burton

Hi! My name is Leo, and I'm a summer video intern at the Harrison Center. I’m studying film at Indiana University in Bloomington.

It’s been a dream of mine to write and create films for as long as I can remember. I broke into the industry and cemented myself amongst the greats using only a 2012 iPod touch and the iMovie app on said iPod touch My love for the craft started while watching movies with my family. Realizing how deeply the characters and their lives impacted me, I wanted to create stories and similarly shift perspectives and move people the way I’d been.

I’ve been around the Harrison Center for as long as I can remember, and I’ve never known it to be anything but incredibly hospitable and nourishing. I couldn’t be more excited to work with the Harrison Center in a way that helps the community and helps me practice my craft!
