Meet Jordan Fears-Neal
The Harrison Center is proud to announce its newest board member, Jordan Fears-Neal. Jordan is the Founder and CEO of Megaluno Consulting and a graduate of Indiana University School of Journalism. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and Impact Strategist, Jordan spends her time empowering individuals, teams, and companies around the world to create effective strategies grounded in a strengths-based approach.
Before her journey into entrepreneurship, Jordan spent years serving as a Grant Director, Strategic Impact Evaluator, Major Donor Director, and Brand Strategist of multiple nonprofits and companies across the United States. During that time, she raised millions of dollars for a variety of nonprofit programs that have fought human trafficking, fostered youth, supported those experiencing homelessness and food insecurity, and otherwise supported arts and education.
Part of the inaugural class of The Oaks Academy, Jordan has a passion for the people and the neighborhoods surrounding the Harrison Center. After spending more than eight years away in the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, she’s back in Indianapolis and excited to reinvest in the community that started it all.
In her free time, you can find Jordan lost in a book, playing with flowers, behind her camera, spending time on the potter’s wheel, or doing life with her daughter.
A quote she lives by: Do the difficult things, not the hard things.
