Welcome, Lucy!

Hi, I’m Lucy Thomason, and I am an intern at the Harrison Center! I am a senior at Butler University, majoring in arts administration with a concentration in art and design. I have grown up here in Indianapolis, graduating from Herron High School. The more I learn about non-profit organizations, the more I realize how lucky I am to have grown up near an organization like the Harrison Center – who uses art to serve communities and bring them together. In terms of my creative passions, I love to draw, paint, and design digital media.

This internship if helping me serve my community and learn to be a better neighbor with the skills I have. This fall, I am gaining more experience in non-profit arts administration by utilizing my graphic design skills, as I have done by helping to design the Greatriarch Calender for 2023.
