Eye to I
This October is the 6th annual exhibition of The IU Health CompleteLife show, an exhibit of more than 40 artworks made by cancer patients and caregivers. The Simon Cancer Center provides patients with holistic care, including art therapy sessions where individuals are able to process their life circumstances and share their stories in a meaningful way.
The title of this year’s show is Eye to I, which highlights the importance of perspective and the ways art can allow us to see each other and cultivate meaningful connections. These works along with writing from the artists will be in the Underground Gallery. Viewers have the opportunity to gain insight on the inner life of these patients and caregivers and engage with a variety of perspectives.
