Honoring MLK
Over the years, Harrison Center interns, neighbors, musicians, and more have created a host of work inspired by the impact that Martin Luther King Jr. left and continues to leave. For many, this extends far beyond his global reach and into a deeply personal sphere. Memories of his influence are spread near and far across Indy, in neighborhood stories, park memorials, and public pieces of art.
Here are just a handful of the mementos created by Harrison Center artists in honor of the man with a dream.
