Evolving Patterns: A Decade of Mandalas
The Harrison Center's Underground Gallery will host Jamie Locke's Evolving Patterns exhibit throughout March. The show presents a decade of artistic exploration through the intricate beauty of mandalas.
Evolving Patterns is a display of patience and craftsmanship. Through symbolism, it portrays Locke's journey of growth and transformation. It beautifully captures the evolution and remodeling of her works throughout time.
"This exhibition reflects my evolution as a full-time artist through the lens of mandalas,” Locke says, "From my early hand-carved… to the contemporary… this collection showcases how my techniques and vision have developed over the years." From meticulously hand-carved wood designs to contemporary, layered 3D mandalas crafted with laser-cut precision. Each piece in this collection reflects her journey as a full-time artist, blending tradition with innovation.
This is an exhibit that everyone can enjoy. You don't want to miss out! Evolving Patterns is available to see anytime in March, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, and available on our online gallery.
