We'd like to extend a big thank you to our new neighbors, Circle City Apartments, for reinvesting in the community! This is the 15th year for the Harrison Center's Independent Music + Art Festival (IMAF) and Circle City Apartments has generously taken the lead as title sponsor for this year's event.
Winterhouse Apartments
It is pretty amazing to see the different ways they are giving back to the community. Circle City recently acquired six of the former Zender properties that are being transformed into affordable downtown dwellings. While we certainly enjoy seeing the all of the new developments around town, it is especially heartwarming to see these historic properties given the love they deserve. Renovation is complete on five of the six properties which are already being occupied, but the Winterhouse Apartments have a target opening date of August. The plans for this building include a resident lounge with future amenities like a game room, a cyber center and living room area.
The Harrison Center's City Gallery has already formed a partnership with Circle City Apartments and we look forward to working together to match people with their ideal downtown apartment. While you are at IMAF this Saturday from noon to 8pm, take a moment to stop by their tent in the courtyard by the Circle City Apartments Stage and find out all the great things they are doing.
