Painting at Maple Crossing

Alicia Zanoni is officially a Harrison Center studio artist! Zanoni has been working as an intern here this summer, heading up our annual mailing envelope project, but instead of going back to Knoxville, TN at the end of the summer, she'll be staying on to participate in a year-long painting fellowship. Join us in welcoming Alicia as part of our artist community.

With a new buyer at First Friday

In addition to her internship responsibilities this summer, Alicia joined the growing number of Harrison Center artists who have taken to the streets of Indy to paint en plein air. These days you can find her painting outside in Maple Crossing at 39th & Illinois, a Great Places 2020 neighborhood that she has grown to love. If you haven't seen Alicia's work yet, you can find her in studio #50 in the lower level of the Harrison Center, as well as in the group show "Maple Crossing En Plein Air" hanging in the Gallery Annex through August 26th.
